September Show – Additional Information
As mentioned back in June, we have been working with Magna to further improve and tweak the show off the back of your feedback.
Please read all changes and updates below;
- We are very grateful to have such a busy show, with that in mind Magna have asked that we spread across FIVE ROOMS. Creating much larger walkways for attendees and in turn hopefully aiding in congestion. Additional tables for exhibitors have not been increased and exhibitors will be allocated tables based on best use of each room. All rooms are within the main corridor, signposted and a map is on the website which can be downloaded.
- The one way system in the main hall still applies, please stick to this to as best of your ability.
- Numbered floor plans are now on the website. This should aid in people finding specific tables on the day, including exhibitors. We recommend everyone downloads a copy for themselves. While we don’t expect it to change, amendments could be made on the day if required and these are just basic layouts.
- Once you are inside the main hall, if you wish to leave you will have to re queue to access if we are at or nearing capacity. This is regardless of member or not. HOWEVER we now have a smoking/vaping area, therefore you will not need to leave in order to do this. This is on the downloadable show map. We recommend leaving any animals in the creche or exchange room provided by the IHS until you are ready to leave for the day. If you would like to go to the cafe you would need to queue again to re access.
- Everyone can now access the cafe and toilets on arrival before joining their respective queues. Anyone with disabilities that physically cannot stand in the queue is asked to let themselves be known to staff.
