Show Location and September Date
We appreciate your patience on announcing the location of our 22nd June 2025 show. The delay was to ensure that everything was cemented in. Below are the details on the June show.
We are finalising everything for the September date however this venue cannot accommodate due to another commitment so this will be elsewhere. We hope to release full details and booking forms in the next few weeks.

We have agreed additional parking next to the venue, meaning there will be ample space for all. Separate parking for exhibitors will be on site. The venue has a cafe area with seating, however we will also have additional food trucks to aid in wait time etc.
Attached is a basic table plan. At the bottom will be access to the catering area. The lines are waist high walls and not separate rooms. On arrival into the show you will be able to see the full layout of all exhibitors.
All areas have access ramps where required. Electricity will come from drops in the ceiling.
IMPORTANT SHOW INFO – PLEASE READ
Due to the layout of the venue, we cannot facilitate allowing members in before non-members, so everyone will have access from 10.15am. However members will still receive discounted entry. This is for the JUNE SHOW ONLY. We are incredibly sorry for having to do this as a one off. We appreciate its not ideal however to ensure the shows continue, we had no choice.
As a reminder if you were booked on the APRIL 2024 show you will automatically have tables for the JUNE 2025 show. Please do not re apply.
Table booking forms can now be requested by emailing Richard.Brook@ihs-web.org.uk or using the form on the website. We have limited tables and you must have your membership number on your form when you submit it. They must be sent back via email.
You can now pay for your tables via PayPal, however this MUST be done as friends & family. Alternatively you can call up to pay by card. We no longer accept cheques.
