About the Shows

Our National Breeders Meetings were set up to enable IHS members and members of FBH affiliated clubs and societies to buy and sell their surplus animals and offspring. Members are also able to sell their redundant / unwanted hardware.

Traders are in attendance selling a complete range of dry goods, equipment and feeding stuffs / supplements. Also available is a range of invertebrates and amphibians and complete bio-active set-ups.

The IHS have a stand where you can buy our merchandise and if a non-member you can join the society on the day.

Getting There & Parking

There is FREE onsite parking for exhibitors and attendees.

Tickets

There are NO pre-paid tickets for the shows.
Everyone pays on the door.

IHS Members: £5.00
Non Members: £10.00
FBH Club/Society Affiliates: £10.00

Any guest who is in receipt of the following benefits is entitled to one free carer ticket:

Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
Attendance Allowance (AA)
Personal Independence Payment (PIP)

If you have a mobility disability that restricts your ability to stand and wait in line, please inform a member of the IHS team on arrival and they will tell you where to wait.

All children under 16 are free entry but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Please ensure you have your membership card in order to enter via the member line.

Times

Doors open at 10.15am for IHS & FBH affiliated clubs or society members.
Non-members can gain entry from 10.15am for the June show ONLY (usually 10:45am)
Shows start to wind down at 3.30pm.

Additional Information

There is a cafe inside with seating as well as food trucks.

There are no cash facility’s at the new venue to draw money from.

We would like to remind all attendees that the purchase of LIVESTOCK from exhibitors must be in cash. Dry goods and gifts can be purchased by card IF the exhibitor has the facility.

The venue is wheelchair friendly with ramps to all areas.

Exchange Room

The exchange room can be used for deals which have happened prior to the show, however this is not a substitute for a table. This is down the corridor and will be signposted as you enter.
